Moth Slut is a Manchester based, hell-raised goth duo taking the country by storm. Comprised of your ruler The Countess Moth and infernal beast The Twink of Darkness, they unleashed themselves onto the world in 2021 with the release of Parabellum. Since then, they have built up a devoted following in their gloomy city. Quickly gaining a reputation for intense live shows, a no-fucks-given DIY attitude and campy, dramatic visuals, they quickly became a favourite in the fast-growing alternative queer scene.
Wanting nothing more than world domination, they have showed no signs of slowing down. The release of Forever, Again unleashed something terrible, quickly racking up tens of thousands of streams on YouTube and Spotify and onboarding many new members into their dark and mysterious cult. Following this up with HELLHOUND only solidified their aims, a dramatic, over the top dip into horror punk that quickly become a fan favourite at shows.
March 2024 saw the two embark on their first UK tour supporting fellow darklings The Nightmares, reaching new frontiers and expanding their reach even further. Reaching into never before seen cities, they began to tighten their grasp on the UK goth scene.
The release of Night of the Moth in July 2024 followed this up with their most intense offering to date, combining a powerful vocals with stabbing synths, pounding guitars and a soaring operatic chorus, flexing all of their vampiric theatrics. Mostly shying away from shows in 2024, they made up for it with their sold out shows supporting Creeper in Manchester on Halloween and Glasgow on the 3rd November. Dropping shamelessly sultry, 80's infused number In the Dead of Night on Halloween night to cap off another year of bloodsucking.
After a few months of slumber while The Twink of Darkness graced the sacrifical altar, the two joined forces with fellow darkling duo Zetra on their first UK headline tour, tearing through the country once again in pursuit of the mysterious ghouls. Having been toiling away on both the next sonic offering and a new merch collection, they show no signs of slowing down and simply want one thing - your undying devotion and eternal night.
